Group reservations and special event bookings may have different terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability and may incur an additional charge.
3. Payment and Charges
Payment for accommodation and other services is due upon arrival unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Additional charges such as room service, dining, or spa services will be added to your final bill upon check-out.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for ensuring that their behavior does not disturb other guests or staff. We reserve the right to ask any guest who behaves inappropriately to leave without a refund.
Damage to property caused by a guest may result in additional charges. The guest will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs.
5. Use of Facilities
Our facilities, including the restaurant, bar, spa, and grounds, are available to hotel guests, subject to availability and opening hours.
Guests using the spa or fitness facilities do so at their own risk. We encourage all guests to follow safety instructions provided by staff.
6. Pets
Pets are allowed at Hunstrete House Hotel in designated areas or rooms, as stated in our pet policy. Additional charges may apply. Service animals are always welcome.
7. Liability
Hunstrete House Hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure.
